Anybody who has paid a deposit your products have been ordered this is the reason we take deposits, if you have booked in for botox it is prescription only, this cannot be used on anyone other than you, so if you are wanting to cancel , we lose money, the offer that has just ended was a payment in full offer clearly stated on the advertisment.
