I'm Helena, a proud mum and qualified primary school teacher with over 13 years experience in the classroom. Among other things, I'm passionate about books, child development, education and growth mindset strategies.

I offer 1:1 sessions with a friendly, encouraging and positive tutoring approach for children age 5- 11.

Perhaps your child has gaps to fill caused by lockdowns, need to build confidence in a particular subject, would benefit from more challenging work, or preparation for SATS or other statuary tests: I tailor the sessions to support the child's ability and unique learning style and interests.

Sessions available via Zoom or at my home in London N19. Weekdays 7.30-8.15, or 4- 8pm. Also some availabilities during daytimes and weekends.
Rates:
£35 per hour, £30 for 45 min.
