Folk Return to it's London roots - Woodcraft Folk 100 Objects spanning 100 Years Exhibition is at Four Corners Gallery, London, launch 8th January at 6pm - expect songs, stories and snacks! The exhibition is open from 11am to 6pm Wednesday to Saturday at Four Corners Gallery until 31st January.

PPU attends Woodcraft Folk's centenary 'Camp 100'

“We were honoured to be asked to contribute to the Woodcraft Folk centenary camp – Camp 100 – held at the end of July and beginning of August. This marked the latest step in a growing relationship between the PPU and the Woodcraft Folk.

It was particularly heartening to be immersed in such a positive event during a period of negative global news and escalating militarism. Set against this backdrop, Camp 100 gave us hope and motivated us to develop our peace education work still further.”

PPU attends Woodcraft Folk's centenary 'Camp 100' The PPU was honoured to be invited to contribute to the Woodcraft Folk centenary camp – Camp 100 – held at the end of July and beginning of August 2025.

This is Emmanuel from Youth Advocates Ghana on a Zoom call to join our lock down virtual camp in May 2020.
We were in the throes of organising a delegation to come to the original Common Ground when the world stopped.
In 2022 we tried again, but the young people did not get their visas through in time.
This year we are pleased to announce that we heard on Friday that 9 of them have visas to attend Camp 100. We are scrabbling to book flights and make arrangements.
But mostly, after almost 5 1/2 years of talking, we are excited they are finally coming.
