Tomorrow morning’s adult class is looking a little quieter than usual because a few of the regulars are working/have plans.

If you’ve been thinking about coming but have been putting it off, this is your sign!

A quieter class means more time to go through drills and 1-2-1 coaching.

Don’t worry about coming on your own. Don’t worry if you’ve never boxed before.

Everyone started somewhere, and you’ll be made to feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door.
