Mushrooms adorned the gardens of our summer event venue to provide a perfect atmospheric, low level, soft illumination.

Reused from Simon Thorp's successful Hertford Dark Skies event in 2025 and 2026, these Mushrooms were customised with specialist PC Amber LEDs to reduce the impact on local wildlife while creating a warm, welcoming ambience.

Designed for far more than one application, Mushroom is available with a ground spike suitable for soft or hard landscaping, a mount disc for burying, or not, or even wall mounted. It's equally at home in public spaces and interiors, as shown at Edinburgh Gin's roof terrace bar thanks to LightMediumโ„ข, and the green reception at LinkedIn's new London headquarters, specified by Strรถm.

Built to last, Mushroom can also be customised with specialist finishes and multi-coat corrosion protection for extreme environments up to C5-M.

Firefly is having a moment. So here's a reintroduction.

Launched in 2011, Firefly was designed to fulfil a very specific project brief: create a robust, secure luminaire that delivers a soft, atmospheric glow while gently swaying in the wind.

Firefly is yours to customise. Choose frosted acrylic for a wide, diffused distribution or polished for a dynamic twinkle. Specify a ground spike or concrete-in base, or cluster them together on one mount plate for added security. The carbon fibre wand can be specified to almost any height, though you may need some reinforcement when you go really high.

While Mini G-Cat, despite its compact size, offers enough illumination for a streetscape. Micro G-Cat provides the same soft, decorative glow but on a much smaller scale.

Built to IP66 and IK10, it is perfect forย outdoor applications where subtlety and atmosphere are key. Terraces, intimate hospitality or high end residential environments.

Prioritisingย visual comfort, Micro G-Cat did a perfect job of lighting Park Event's patio and gardens into the small hours.

Belle's Siว” glazed stoneware plates are embellished with copper and solder. She joined the Stoane Lighting team in January and has already become a sought-after member of Production.

It was our pleasure to showcase work from SPEIRS MAJOR LIGHT ARCHITECTURE at our recent LIGHT WORK exhibition at Park Event.

Team members Tyler, Jamie, Tom, Ananya, Kit and Benz pulled together to create Trace. Collaged cyanotype prints were brought to life under a ZTA.PL that was programmed to follow a subtle sequence between each row of LEDs.

Wow, what a week!

Rain clouds came and went, but they certainly didn't dampen the atmosphere at this year's hugely successful Park Event.

Despite the unmistakably British weather, we welcomed an incredible mix of designers, specifiers, collaborators and friends of Stoane Lighting for an evening filled with inspiring conversations and plenty of energy.

The inaugural LIGHT WORK exhibition drew a fantastic crowd, with visitors exploring thought-provoking installations, meeting the makers behind them, and interacting with products that continue to push the boundaries of museum and gallery lighting.

The response exceeded our expectations, and the atmosphere throughout the evening was something special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so memorable. For those who couldn't make it, we canโ€™t wait to share more.

This time next week we'll be heading south for Park Event!

What started 15 years ago with an invitation in the post to a handful of London contacts, Park Event has grown into an unmissable event in some calendars.

This year is extra special. Park Event 2026 will introduce LIGHT WORK; a showcase of incredible artwork painted, sculpted, sketched and photographed by the lighting design community.

ZTA.PL, ZTA.70 Zooms and ZTA.50 and .35 Framers have been challenged to light each piece perfectly, as if they were in a nearby gallery.

Park Event, still in its original location, is well loved as a welcoming, unpretentious, informative and fun gathering of lighting friends. One really not to be missed.
