My setting is a large purpose built cabin in the back garden with well developed resources & equipment. Our self-contained cabin is fully insulated with heating & coloured mood lighting & is designed for Early Learning,
& provides the opportunity for children to explore, experiment and discover through play within a safe, stimulating & nurturing en
vironment, with high quality resources. I have 2 fabulous assistants that have heaps of enthusiasm & are dedicated to each individual child and their needs. We aim to work closely with parents ensuring a holistic approach, providing the highest standards of care where each child is valued and respected. Our home is situated very near to the town/schools/local amenities on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. We have an extensive range of resources inside the cabin:
• Activity wall
• baby corner+tuff tray - soft matted.
• Variety of sensory toys.
• Little kitchen & play shop - to encourage creativity and imagination.
• Dressing up rail.
•Large book shelving.
•Dining/arts & crafts table.
•Tv/book corner.
•Cloakroom with toilet/sink/nappy changing area/storage. With a focus on hands-on creative play, I provide toys/activities designed to fuel imagination, which is both educational and enriching.
• An excellent range of literacy & numeracy resources.
• Lots of fun activities with a focus on learning outcomes.
• Patio doors opening out onto the outdoor secure, soft surfaced play area.
• Large climbing frame/swings/slides/bikes/cars. My setting is staffed by myself & 2 experienced, fully qualified and motivated assistants both of which have:
• paediatric first aid & DBS checks
• experienced in working with SEN.
• interact effectively to support and extend children’s development, confidence and skills. We aim to ensure our routine harmonises closely with home, developing friendly relationships with parents providing opportunity for discussion about their child’s day at any time. We are 100% reliable and have never had to let a parent down and had to close. We offer parents settling in sessions as standard, but more can be requested if needed. The first session usually lasts for an hour, and we would ask you to stay with your child. The first session is about you and your child getting used to the environment and getting to know us. The sessions are an opportunity for us to learn more about your child and what their interests and needs are. This allows us to understand how best to support them, during their time here. My passion is cooking and family life, we are outdoorsy, healthy eating and mindful of good nutrition. My rates are competitive in the area. Most recent CIW inspection:

Vale Quality Standards of Excellence accreditation annually. My service is flexible and available from Mon to Thurs 7.30am until around 6pm
