28 days to go on our campaign, and we received our 15th backer! Yay, still a long way to go, ideally we have to reach the 30% of our target to win full support from Shropshire CC.

This project will turn a garden on an organic farm into a community growing hub, combining food production with research on climate resilience and food quality while offering education and therapy.

Our Story

Sector39 is a team of permaculture practitioners who live in the Welsh borders and are dedicated to providing training, project management and design services for community groups, individuals and green minded companies.

Since 2014 we have also been actively engaged in Uganda with African partners and international AID agencies working with displaced people and their host communities.

Our African team is comprised of PDC course graduates who have worked with us over the last couple of years. We are proud to be developing links between Wales ans Africa.

Our other main project currently is working with schools in Wales working to bring permaculture into the national curriculum. We are focused on Llanfyllin High school, as it is our local school but we are also keen to link with schools across Wales and Africa.
