Hi everyone.

First of all huge congratulations to everyone who graded last week, you all did really well! 👏we will start awarding belts and certificates tonight for those who are able to join us.

Also wanted to announce that we have decided to take a break again this summer during August. As it usually gets quiet during summer holidays anyway and if this weather continues it’s a bit too hot for training as well.
So there will be no classes in August, our last class will be on the 29th of July and then we’ll return again on the 2nd of September.

Those coming tonight make sure you bring a water bottle, it’s going to be a warm one this evening😅

Hi everyone!

Don’t forget, since our class was cancelled last week due to the heat, grading will now be held tomorrow. There will not be a regular class on tomorrow.

We will be there from 6:30pm as usual and probably start with the lowest grades and work our way up. Some parts like sparring, bag work etc will probably be done all together. Once your grading is done you’re free to go. Adults feel free to come in early to warm up and practice as well.

Don’t forget to bring your full gi.

11th kyu: £15
10th-1st kyu:£30

Hi everyone.

So we’ve decided with the extreme heat warnings for this week, it would be best to cancel the gradings this Wednesday. We will move it forward a week and hold the gradings on the Wednesday 1st July instead. Everyone can enjoy a Wednesday off this week. Stay cool everyone! 😎
