Come along to Llanelli Deaf Centre ( 54 New Road Llanelli please use side door ) to learn BSL in a relaxed and friendly environment. Classes are held term time
Tuesday 6pm to 7pm
Tuesday 7pm to 8pm,
Tuesday 7pm to 8pm Conversational practice class
The course is introduction to Bsl and deaf awareness
THERE IS NO EXAM
10 weeks long
We charge £50 in total and request a £25 deposit to secure your spac

There is also a conversation /practice group for those who wish to refresh prior learning This is a Tuedsay 7 pm to 8pm
The teachers are all qualified to teach and donate the skills and time to our centre, every penny that we take on these classes is donated to the centre, to help cover the ever rising running cost,

**Important Notice Regarding BSL Classes at Llanelli Deaf Centre**
Dear BSL Students,

We're writing to inform you of information regarding the free spaces offered in our sign language classes.

Unfortunately, we've had a number of instances where free spots have been claimed but then not attended. This means that valuable spaces, which could have been taken by others, have gone unused.

To ensure that these free opportunities are utilised effectively, and to help us continue offering them, we will now require a refundable £25 deposit for all Deaf individuals who wish to enroll in a free BSL class. This deposit will be payable upfront and will be fully refunded upon successful completion of your BSL course. Mine 8 classes attended.

We understand that this might be an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause. However, the income from our paid classes is essential for keeping the doors of the Deaf club open and allowing us to continue providing vital services and a welcoming space for the Deaf community – including offering these free classes to Deaf individuals.

This is just to say that you are not required to bring anything with you, But if you wish to bring a folder or a Polly Pocket That's fine too. You don't need to pen, it's not going to be writing Course

We have a car park on site. It is a fairly small car park, so we do ask you to be considerate, car share if possible and when parking I will try to have someone in carpark to Assist with where people can park and some cars that can be blocked in.
