☀️ Looking for something to do with the little ones this summer? ☀️

We have transformed our popular Parent & Toddler sessions into a Parent & Toddler Play Café for the school holidays! 🧸☕

A relaxed, welcoming space where babies, toddlers and pre-school children can play while parents, carers and grandparents enjoy a coffee, connect with others and make the most of the summer.

👶 Suitable for children aged 0–4 years
📅 Tuesday & Thursday | 🕙 10:00am–11:30am
📍 Myrtle House, 22 Myrtle Terrace, Llanelli
💷 Suggested donation: £3 per family

With a baby play area, themed activities, song time, outdoor play and our Community Café serving drinks, cakes and light lunches, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Come along and enjoy a relaxed morning with plenty of opportunities for little ones to play, explore and make new friends, while parents and carers can enjoy a chat over a tea or coffee.

🌞 What a fun morning as we kicked off our Summer Parent & Toddlers sessions! 🌞

It was wonderful to welcome so many families, and we hope everyone who came along enjoyed our new layout and the outdoor space in the Community Café.

There were lots of happy smiles as your little ones made the most of the shaded outdoor area, zooming around on the ride-on toys, practicing their balance on the balance beams, getting creative on the chalkboard, and enjoying song time together in the sunshine. 🎵☀️

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. We can’t wait to see you all again on Thursday for more summer fun! 💛

Introducing the Myrtle House Parent & Toddler Play Café! ☕🧸

Our much-loved Parent & Toddler group is getting a summer makeover!

During the school holidays, we’re moving into our café and outdoor spaces to create a relaxed Parent & Toddler Play Café – a welcoming place for babies, toddlers and pre-school children aged 0–4 years, where parents, carers and grandparents can enjoy a coffee and connect with others.

🌼 Week One – Welcome to Summer!

Join us for:

🧸 A calm baby play area
🌿 A simple summer-themed activity
🎵 Song time (including everyone’s favourite… Sleeping Bunnies! 🐰)
☕ A friendly café where you can relax, enjoy a coffee and connect with other families

📅 Tuesday 21st July & Thursday 23rd July
🕙 10:00am – 11:30am
📍 Myrtle House, 22 Myrtle Terrace, Llanelli

👶 Suitable for babies, toddlers and pre-school children aged 0–4 years

💷 Suggested donation: £3 per family

Our café will be open throughout the session with hot and cold drinks, cakes, snacks and light lunches available to purchase.

🌊🏖️ Beach Day Fun at Myrtle House Parent & Toddlers! 🍦🐚

Yesterday, we had a fantastic morning enjoying our beach-themed session! The children had lots of fun exploring the sand tray, splashing in our sea creature water play, and using their imaginations through sensory play.

To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a delicious ice cream treat, which was the perfect way to finish a wonderful morning together! 🍦😊

☀️ Parent & Toddlers Closure Notice ☀️

Due to the extreme heat warning forecast for tomorrow (25th), we have made the decision to close Myrtle House Parent & Toddlers.

The safety and wellbeing of our children, parents, carers, and volunteers is our priority. Please take care, keep cool, and stay safe during the hot weather.

We look forward to seeing you all again next week as usual.

We’re back open as usual this week on Tuesday & Thursday, 10am–11:30am, and we’re really looking forward to seeing everyone again for more fun, crafts, and playtime. 😊

Just a quick notice to let everyone know that Parent & Toddlers will be closed this week for both sessions due to an event and some building work taking place at Myrtle House.

We will be back open on Tuesday 17th March and look forward to welcoming everyone again then.
