Classes taught by a 4th Dan who studied under Saito Sensei & Sensei Hathaway. Iwama style incorporating the weapons system with the unarmed. Every Wednesday evenings (6.30 - 8.00 PM) in the Church Hall (NOT THE VILLAGE HALL) in Llanafan, near Aberystwyth. SY 234 BA

Car share always available. There are also Saturday morning classes in Aberystwyth, please ask for details.
