Hello, I’m Iona👋🏼

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Glasgow, where I received a Master of Arts in German. I am also a qualified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher and I am PVG certified. Furthermore, I am an experienced tutor, having began my tutoring role on the MyTutor site, and have a track record of helping my students to achieve success and achieving 5 star reviews.

I provide tuition for pupils requiring extra support to get them through the SQA English and German curricula and exams as well as providing instruction in German and English as a Foreign Language.

Through my own studies I have had the opportunity to live and study in Germany and further develop my passion for the language and culture. I love to share my enthusiasm for the language and culture with my students in our German lessons and find that this often helps to make the language more enjoyable and interesting.

With my love of tutoring and experience of helping students to achieve top marks in their school exams for English and German, I hope to help you to achieve your goals next.
