Trying for weeks to organise this, finally have somthing in place.

Running a trial summer camp date at Livingston Village Primary School on the 14th July.

Whats involved:

Fitness
Fun
Team Building
And plenty of GAMES.

Sorry lunch not included hehe.

Mistakes ive made over the years in training have been too many to mention. Focussing on the wrong areas while trying to improve my overall performance.

Biggest mistake was avoiding core work altogether and im not talking about my abs.

Your core, a 360-degree system of muscles in your midsection has to be trained in a variety of ways.
