Good morning everyone, 🩷
I wanted to share a little update from me, as today marks a very emotional and bittersweet day, my final day at Howden Playgroup after 9.5 wonderful years.
Making the decision to move on has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Howden Playgroup has been such a huge part of my life, and I have truly loved every single minute of my time here.
Over the years, I have had the absolute privilege of watching our little playgroup grow from strength to strength, surrounded by an incredible team and the most wonderful families. I feel so lucky to have met and worked alongside so many amazing people along the way.
To all of our past and present families, thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your precious little ones, for your kindness, your support, the chats at the door, the laughs, the memories and for allowing me to be part of such an important little chapter in your children’s lives.
And to every child who has walked through the doors of Howden Playgroup over the years, you will all hold a very special place in my heart. 🩷 Watching you grow, learn, find your confidence, make friends and become your own little person has been one of the greatest privileges of my job. I will carry so many special memories with me.
Although today is my final day, I’m not disappearing completely! I’ll still be around to support our amazing team through the transition and beyond, and I’ll always have a very special place in my heart for Howden Playgroup.
Thank you for everything. Thank you for believing in our little setting, for supporting me personally and for making the last 9.5 years so incredibly special.
It’s not really goodbye… just the end of one very special chapter. 🩷
