Having Dyslexia can be challenging, it can be tiring and frustrating on occasion.

Studies have shown that young people who have dyslexia and/or literacy difficulties report higher levels of mental health difficulties but this doesn’t just affect young people.

We want to encourage you to make some time on ‘Time to talk’ day and check in with a colleague or a friend. Making time to talk about our mental health is important, the more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone.

We are offering additional parent support sessions- Toast N Talk. These will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from January to March and gives parents the opportunity to chat through concerns with refreshments and themed talks each week in a warm safe space.
