With DDP YOGA – This might not surprise anyone… I just got recognised as one of their top fans!

So… interesting things happening this week onwards.

As part of my accreditation to become certified, we’ve got new moves to add to the workout so I’ll be introducing some this week!

Congratulations to February’s “Diamond Of The Month” Carl Doyle!

Carl has thrown himself into DDPY and my class in particular, and he’s down 1.5 stones in a month!

Here is January’s Diamond, the incomparable Graham Rusk, reluctantly presenting young Carl with his award! Look at him, he’s fuming!!!

I don’t want to be aching when I’m 80, so I made the change. I am owning my life, you can too.
