I'm teaching the following classes in West Bridgford at The Roar Movement

Friday 12.30pm - Lunchtime Reset - 45 mins
Saturday 10.30am - Ashtanga - 75 mins

We are taking bookings for clients to attend both in studio and through Zoom.

We couldn't be more excited at the thought of welcoming you into the space which sits right in the middle of West Bridgford on Mabel Grove.

With all classes set to be held in person in the 600 sq ft studio, the vast majority are also available for live streaming.

I'm very excited to share The Roar Movement's new studio space with loads of classes to offer throughout the week, some of which will be taught by me!

There are various measures that have put in place to ensure your confidence.

The studio is 600sq ft (the entire studio space is 1700 sq ft), with high ceilings & an open doorway which will have a light fabric across during classes for privacy. We have 2 clean air filtration systems within the space, along with a 10kw air conditioning unit.

Because of the wonderful size of the studio, capacity with 2m social distancing is 12 people.

We have a one way system in operation & there will be no need to touch any door handles coming in or out of the studio.

All students will be required to wear a mask in common areas & once on your mats you'll be free to remove.
