Here Comes the Son

Here Comes the Son Touch, breath, and calm — for you both. Connected hands, calm hearts, everyday magic.

Tomorrow I get to welcome our September mums into this beautiful space 🤎

I prepare every detail of Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama with so much thought — from the cosy little sanctuary waiting for you and baby, to our welcoming centrepiece, sensory touches and organic sunflower seed massage oil.

Because I don’t want you to simply come and learn baby massage.

I want you to walk through the door and feel like you can slow down, settle in and just be with your baby for a while.

No rushing. No pressure. No expectation for baby to behave a certain way.

Just 75 minutes each week for connection, calm and a little bit of time for you too.

Our very first Calm for Mama practice. ✨

Sound Healing 🎶

I’ve chosen the throat chakra bowl and solar plexus bowl for this one.

So often, as parents, we say “I’m fine” when actually… we’re really not. We carry on, push through and stay on autopilot because saying how we really feel can feel incredibly vulnerable.

The throat chakra is traditionally associated with communication and self-expression, while the solar plexus is associated with confidence, self-belief and personal power.

So for the next couple of minutes, there’s nothing you need to do.

Just get comfortable.

Listen.

Breathe.

And allow yourself a tiny pocket of time where nobody needs anything from you. 🤎

This is my little thank you to this community, and I’m so excited to keep building this library for you.
Let me know how this one feels — and if there’s a Calm for Mama practice you’d love me to create next, tell me below. ✨

✨ Calm for Mama is here ✨

I know how beautiful parenthood can be… but I also know how quickly you can go from feeling absolutely fine to completely overwhelmed.

And when you’re in that moment, the last thing you have the headspace for is scrolling through Spotify or YouTube trying to find the right meditation, the right voice, or something that actually helps you feel a little calmer.

So I wanted to create something different. 🤎

Calm for Mama is going to be a growing collection of short, simple wellbeing practices, all kept together here on Here Comes the Sun, ready for those moments when you just need a couple of minutes for you.

You’ll find things like: ✨ Sound healing
✨ Meditation
✨ Breathwork
✨ Guided massage
✨ Journalling prompts
✨ EFT
✨ And more

Because you shouldn’t need an hour, the perfect environment or a completely quiet house to take care of yourself.

Sometimes a few intentional minutes is enough to help you come back to yourself.

And this is something that sits at the heart of Here Comes the Sun too — every one-to-one and group session ends with 15 minutes of Calm for Mama, because while so much of early parenthood naturally centres around our babies, I want there to always be space for you too.

Shortly I will be posting the very first Calm for Mama practice. ✨

There’s something really special about being able to learn baby massage without having to pack a bag, rush out of the house or worry about getting somewhere on time 🤎

My Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama at Home course is completely private and created around you and your baby.

Over 4 weeks, I come to your home for a full one-hour session each week. I bring everything with me, set everything up and pack everything away afterwards.

And please, never feel like you need to tidy for me. I’m a mum too. I genuinely do not care if there’s washing everywhere or the house feels chaotic. I’m coming to look after you and teach you — not inspect your living room 😂🤎

Everything is completely baby-led. If baby needs feeding, cuddling, changing, sleeping or simply isn’t in the mood that day, we work around them. There is no pressure whatsoever.

And because it’s 1:1, your Calm for Mama time can be completely personalised too. Each week you can choose from things such as Reiki, Indian head massage, hand or foot massage, sound bath, meditation, breathwork or journalling.

You’ll also receive your own printed handbook and organic massage oil to keep, catch-up videos so you can revisit what we’ve covered, plus WhatsApp support with me throughout the course.

4 private one-hour sessions — £149
That works out at just £37.25 per session, including my travel, full set-up, private teaching, your wellbeing time and all of your resources.

And when I leave? There’s nowhere you need to rush off to. Feed baby, put your feet up, make a cuppa or curl up together and enjoy the calm 🤎

If you’d like more information about my private 1:1 course, simply DM me “1:1” and I’ll send everything over.

Sometimes the words of another mum say it better than I ever could 🤎

Creating a safe, nurturing space for mums and babies has always been at the heart of Here Comes the Son.

Our Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama course isn’t just about learning massage strokes. It’s about slowing down, connecting with your baby, meeting other mums and having a little bit of time each week where you’re looked after too.

Each session finishes with Calm for Mama — gentle wellbeing practices created to help you breathe, regulate and leave feeling a little more like yourself again ✨

Our next 5-week course starts Tuesday 8th September at Made to Be Mum, Kirkby, and there are still a couple of spaces remaining.

If you’d like all the details, comment MASSAGE below and I’ll send them straight over 🤎

There’s so much more to baby massage than simply learning the strokes. 🤎

It’s about slowing everything down for a little while.
Having that time to really connect with your baby.
Learning ways to support them through wind, tummy discomfort, settling and sleep… while also having a little space held for you.

That’s why Calm for Mama is woven into every one of my Luxury Baby Massage sessions, with things like breathwork, meditation and sound to give mums a chance to soften, reset and just be for a moment too.

Reading words like Danielle’s means so much, because this is exactly what I want these sessions to feel like.

A beautiful space for baby.
But for mama too. 🤎

My next Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama course begins Tuesday 8th September.

If you’d like the details, comment MASSAGE and I’ll pop everything over to you.

Calm for Mama is woven into every Here Comes the Son session for a reason.

Because when you have a new baby, finding time for yourself can feel almost impossible.

And actually… you might not even want hours away from your baby yet.

So this isn’t about telling mums to “make more time for self-care” when life already feels full.

It’s about creating little moments of calm whilst your baby is right there with you.

A few minutes of breathwork.
A guided meditation.
A mini sound bath.
Reiki.
Massage.
A chance to slow your nervous system down and come back to yourself for a moment.

Sometimes your baby will be feeding. Sometimes they’ll be asleep on you. Sometimes they’ll be wide awake watching everything going on.

There’s no pressure for it to look a certain way.

Because becoming a mum shouldn’t mean your own wellbeing disappears.

Your baby is cared for.
You deserve to be cared for too.

When mums are well, families thrive. 🤎
