We resume training this Saturday the 10th, following the Christmas and New Year break.
Class runs from 10:00am to 11:30am.
The start of the year is always a good moment to return to the mat, refine fundamentals, and train with intention. For those who have been quietly curious about Aikido, you’re welcome to observe or step onto the mat and experience the practice for yourself.
We look forward to beginning the new training year.
Location: Waterloo judo club Bath street

Metsuke
“The way you fix your gaze” is an important aspect as we refine our Aikido practice.
Metsuke, when used with other concepts and principles, conditions us and brings focus to our state of awareness.
Through hard mental and physical training we learn to refine our spirit and forge our fitness.
The Aikido principles that are taught to develop confidence and discipline guide us in our day to day living and shape character and integrity to help us deal with conflict and self-defence situations.
If you would like to try Aikido and you can get to the North Liverpool or Southport areas, please message us via Instagram or Facebook.
