And relax....not always easy in modern life! Would you like to learn the skills to be able to this effectively?
This course is run by colleagues in the adult .learning centre and therefore has a criteria. Participants must:
-Be claiming benefits (JSA, ESA, UC, Income Support or Tax credits.)
- A national insurance number OR a NASS card OR proof that you have been in the UK claiming Asylum for 6 months.
-Unfortunately we do not have creche for this course and children will not be allowed in the room due to health and safety.
If you do not meet the criteria but would like to attend we can offer places at a cost (This is to the Adult Learning Service not Granby and Di**le Children's Centre.)
