SEMI-FINALS BOUND! ⚽️🏆
Huge congratulations to our Yr 9/10 Girls who secured their spot in the Merseyside Cup Semi-finals after a thrilling penalty shootout win against Rainford yesterday!
In blustery conditions, Sophie gave us an early lead with a clinical finish into the bottom corner. Despite controlling much of the possession, a lapse in concentration allowed Rainford to level the score at 1-1. The second half became a scrappy battle with Alex making vital saves to keep the attackers at bay, eventually forcing the game into a tense penalty shootout where the girls kept their cool to win 4-2.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined us today - and of course to all our incredible volunteers! Whether you were a seller finally reclaiming your spare room or a buyer who found that one-in-a-million bargain, you made today incredible.
The Highlights:
📦 Hundreds of boots emptied (and floors rediscovered!).
🤝 Some world-class haggling witnessed.
🌭 Enough bacon rolls consumed to power a small city.
🦩 The neon flamingo finally found its forever home. And that gorgeous red jumper! 😍
We love seeing this community come together to recycle, reuse, and have a laugh. Seeing those empty cars driving out of the school gates is what it’s all about!
