The course gives you the opportunity to gain a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety, your Labourer CSCS Green Card, along with two weeks of work experience!

To take part in the programme, you must be aged 16-18, or 19-24 with an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), and not currently in any education, employment or training.

🏗️ Get job ready for construction

Our Construction Course Tickets Pathway is designed to help you get started in construction, whether you want to work on the ground or at height. This four-week course gives you the tools, knowledge and nationally recognised tickets needed to begin working on site.

After completing the core programme, you will choose one of two pathways. You can focus on access and safety, with training in NPORS Towers and working at heights, or powered access, with IPAF training for cherry pickers and scissor lifts alongside working at heights.

✅ On completion, you will gain a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, a Certificate in Skills for Working in Construction and Building Industries, your CSCS card and an understanding of domestic retrofit.

👷‍♂️ Graduates will be ready to apply for roles such as general labourer, retrofit installer, site operative and construction apprentice.
