Hello everyone! Outdoor sessions for recreational volleyball players will start again on Saturday 17th of April 🥳
Please make sure you sign up (link in bio and below!) as there are only 25 slots available!
Don’t worry if you don’t get to play this week as we will put up a new sign up sheet each week 📝
The sessions will occur from 9-10.30am at Wyncote Sports ground

Exciting announcement time:
We’ve been allocated our outdoor training session times which are Wednesday 2.30pm-5pm and Saturday 10am-1.30pm!
All of these sessions will take place at Wyncote sport grounds (address below).

Also, if you haven’t yet signed up, we’ve got a new sign up form for you to fill in 📝
This will be linked in our bio and also below on this post!

Trials will be starting on Wednesday 28th October, weather permitting! Anyone who has signed up will receive an email about which trial they should attend 🏐💃

We will have more announcements coming later about what times are squad sessions and social sessions 💪

Hi everyone

We’re so sorry to have to bring this bad news, but we received an update from uni yesterday saying they had to take the decision to delay the start of all indoor sports. This is because it has become clear now that the exemption that allowed university sports to continue does not overrule Liverpool’s own local restrictions. Given local restrictions state that mixing of households in indoor settings is not allowed, we have to cancel all our upcoming sessions until further notice.

HOWEVER, we are still looking into being able to run alternative outdoor sessions, either at the beach or on grass so there is still hope!

I know this isn’t the news anyone wanted or expected but we’ll still be running online socials for freshers and current players and we’ll get through this together as a club 💪💙

Matches will happen on Instagram and whichever team has the most votes by 8pm (starting at 8am!) progresses to the next round 💪

MEET OUR TEAMS: Social Players
If you’re eager to try out volleyball but haven’t played before or don’t want the commitment of being on a squad, we’ve got weekly sessions for our social players to improve their skills but also have a load of fun!
Run by squad players, and a gateway onto a team too!

MEET OUT TEAMS: Women’s 2nd
The women’s second team compete in the third division of the Northern BUCS league. Partly a development squad for the 1st team but successful in their own right- coming 3rd in their league last year! All squad training sessions are led by external coaches.
