Take a listen to Matty and Harry talking about the genuine connection that’s come from doing this work together. 👊

One of the things I love most about men’s work is that the relationships you build can become just as valuable as the work itself.

Matty and Harry have built a proper friendship through the program, and you can hear the respect they have for each other. There’s something powerful about having another man in your corner who sees your journey, understands what you’ve been through and genuinely wants to see you keep growing. 🔥

Harry speaks about being inspired by Matty’s journey and the man he’s becoming. That kind of recognition from another man can mean more than we sometimes realize.

Because real brotherhood isn’t just about having people around you. It’s about having men who challenge you, support you, celebrate your progress and remind you of what you’re capable of. 🧠

And sometimes, the friendships you build along the way become part of the reason you keep going.

That’s what makes this work different.

You’re not just working on yourself in isolation. You’re surrounded by men who are walking their own path, doing their own work and becoming better alongside you. 👊🔥

Something I think a lot of men need to hear about anger. 👊 Being a good man doesn’t mean being nice all the time, avoiding conflict or pretending you never feel angry. There’s a part of every man that has aggression, anger, assertiveness and the ability to draw a line when something isn’t right. The problem isn’t having anger. The problem is what you do with it. 🧠

Healthy anger can give you the energy to protect what matters, set a boundary, speak up and take action when you need to. It becomes unhealthy when you’re reacting from a wounded, unconscious place and taking that anger out on the people around you. There’s a big difference between being able to access your anger and being controlled by it. 🔥

A man who suppresses every bit of anger can become passive, resentful and disconnected from his own boundaries. A man who acts out every time he feels challenged is just as disconnected. Real maturity is learning how to hold both sides of yourself. You can be kind and still be assertive. You can be loving and still have strong boundaries. You can feel anger without allowing it to control your behavior. 👊

We all have parts of ourselves that we’d rather not admit are there. The work isn’t pretending they don’t exist. It’s becoming conscious enough to own them, understand them and choose how you express them. That’s what becoming a more integrated man actually looks like. 🔥

Starting over can feel like you’re going backward.

You know how long it took to get where you are, so becoming a beginner again feels uncomfortable.

New job.
New skill.
New environment.
New chapter.

Your ego wants to protect the identity you’ve already built.

That’s where the Beginner’s Mind helps.

Instead of thinking, “I should already know this,” approach it with:

“I’m here to learn.”

Let yourself ask basic questions.

Let yourself make mistakes.

Let yourself be bad at something before you become good at it.

Starting over isn’t losing your progress.

It’s being willing to learn again.

You don’t need to look experienced.

You need to stay curious.

Take a listen to Harry talking about something I think a lot of us experience, even if we don’t always know what to make of it. 🧠

Sometimes life puts something in front of you at exactly the right moment. A person. An opportunity. A conversation. Or even something as simple as a bird appearing when you’re making a big decision.

You can call it coincidence. You can call it synchronicity. You can see it as something spiritual. Whatever you call it, I think there’s value in being open to it. 🔥

Because when you slow down and actually pay attention to what’s happening around you, you start noticing things you might have previously overlooked.

I’ve had moments in my own life where something has aligned at exactly the right time, and it’s made me stop and think. Not because I believe we should wait for signs to tell us what to do, but because sometimes the right signal can give you the clarity or reassurance to trust what you already know. 👊

The key is having your eyes open.

We can get so caught up in our own heads, trying to control every outcome, that we miss what’s happening right in front of us.

Maybe everything isn’t random. Maybe some things are simply asking us to pay a little more attention. 🧠🔥

There’s something powerful about being present enough to notice when life seems to line up in ways you can’t quite explain.

The Hero’s Journey isn’t something you go through once.

As men, we can go through different seasons of pain, struggle, loss and adversity throughout our lives. Each one gives us an opportunity to come out the other side as a different man. 🔥

But there’s something important to understand about your journey.

Nobody can do the work for you. I can give you the tools, guidance and support, but ultimately, you have to be the one who implements them and takes responsibility for changing your life. 👊

Whatever your life looks like right now, there comes a point where you have to stop waiting for something outside of you to change it.

That doesn’t mean you have to figure everything out alone.

One of the biggest things I was missing in my own journey was having a group of men around me who understood what I was going through and were willing to walk alongside me. 🧠

Because there’s a difference between taking responsibility for your life and believing you have to carry everything by yourself.

The right brotherhood can challenge you, support you and remind you who you’re capable of becoming when you lose sight of it. 🔥

You are the hero of your own story.

But you don’t have to walk the journey alone. 👊

A bad argument isn’t always easy to spot.

Sometimes someone takes what you actually said, changes it into something weaker, then argues against that instead.

That’s the Strawman Fallacy.

For example:

You say, “I think men should take better care of their mental health.”

They respond, “So you think men are weak?”

You never said that.

They changed your argument into an easier one to attack.

Next time you’re in a disagreement, ask:

“Did they actually respond to what I said?”

Or did they respond to a version they created?

Don’t defend an argument you never made.

Bring the conversation back to the actual point.

Attack the argument, not the version you invented.

We’re living in a world where everyone is trying to manifest the life they want. Visualize it, say the affirmations, think positive thoughts — and somehow the reality you want is supposed to magically appear.

But your life isn’t going to change if your actions don’t change with it. You can visualize financial abundance all day, but if you’re still making the same decisions, living by the same beliefs and behaving in the same way, nothing fundamental has changed. 🧠

Real transformation is about embodiment. It’s becoming the version of yourself who actually lives differently — in your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, habits and actions. 🔥

And abundance isn’t always about getting more. Sometimes it starts with recognizing what’s already around you — your relationships, your health, your opportunities and the things you’ve stopped noticing because your mind is constantly focused on what’s missing.

When you start living from that place, your choices change. You become more open to opportunities, you notice things you would have previously missed and you start moving differently because you’re no longer waiting for your life to change before you change. 👊

Your future isn’t created by what you say you want. It’s created by the man you become and the way that man chooses to live every day.

That’s where manifestation becomes something real. 🔥

Flattery can feel personal even when it isn’t.

Someone tells you exactly what you want to hear.

“You’re naturally a great leader.”

“You’re different from everyone else.”

“You have something special about you.”

And suddenly, you trust them more.

That’s where the Barnum Effect comes in.

We tend to believe vague, positive statements are uniquely accurate about us—even when they could apply to almost anyone.

The next time someone praises you, ask:

“Is this actually specific to me?”

Or could they say the same thing to anyone?

Pay attention to what someone does, not just what they say.

Flattery feels good.

But it shouldn’t lower your guard.

Don’t let compliments make decisions for you.

Stay grounded.

Take a listen to Harry talking about something a lot of men experience as they get older.

When we’re young, brotherhood can feel natural. Whether it’s through football, school or simply growing up together, you have people around you and that sense of connection comes easily. 👊

Then life changes.

People go in different directions. Friendships fade. Your priorities change. And sometimes you realize that the people you once surrounded yourself with aren’t the people you want around you anymore.

But leaving those friendships behind can create another problem — suddenly, you’re on your own.

That’s something I hear from a lot of men. They know they’ve outgrown certain environments, but they haven’t found a new one that gives them the connection they’re missing. 🧠

Harry describes finding that again through the men around him.

A circle where he could connect, grow, be himself and build genuine friendships with men who were on a similar path. 🔥

Because brotherhood isn’t just about having people around you.

It’s about having men who understand you, challenge you, support you and genuinely want to see you become better.

Sometimes finding the right environment can open up a completely different chapter of your life. 👊
