Last week, our young people enjoyed a gorgeous day in nature, exploring Moel Famau and working towards their ASDAN challenges 🥾

Walking, hiking, or simply getting outdoors can be amazing for supporting your mental health and wellbeing! Fresh air, movement and time away from screens can help you feel more connected and refreshed 🌿
