Congratulations to Oncu, originally from Turkey, now living in West Kirby who passed his Car (Cat. B) Driving Test this morning at Upton (Birkenhead) test centre on Wirral.
Oncu was primed and ready to take his test on the 19th January, but it was postponed due to ice & snow, so through all the adversity & inconvenience he did a great job on the 7:50am test this morning... it was worth the early start!
