It’s Fly Day at Agent Academy! 🚀

Today we’re welcoming our brilliant group of future leaders into Agent HQ for our first Growth Leadership Lab.

We’ve got a packed day ahead, exploring some of the big themes that matter when you’re stepping up as a leader.

We’re very happy and grateful to be joined by:

- Lauren Rendell, Founding Director of Cornerstone People, for a practical session on leading with clarity
- Paul Corcoran, CEO at Agent | B Corp and Founder of Agent Academy, sharing lessons from two decades of leadership
- Tom Jones, Finance Manager at Agent | B Corp, helping to demystify business finance

Alongside that, our Fly leaders will be reflecting on their strengths, building connections and thinking more strategically.

We’re so excited to introduce our newest Fuse programme, in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan Uni! 🤝  We’ve welcomed 27 fresh MMU graduates to take part in a 12-week Research & Development programme exploring how local graduate talent can help shape a more inclusive, productive and sustainable future for Greater Manchester 🌱  Our R&D Executives are already getting stuck in! They are conducting local research, exploring real-world challenges, building connections and uncovering insights to help bridge the gap between graduate talent and industry opportunity.  Their work will explore what employers need, what graduates need to succeed, and what practical action can better connect talent with opportunity.  And they’re off to a fantastic start! 🚀  👏 A huge thank you to our guest speakers for sharing their expertise and industry insight so far:  • Simon Groom - Co-founder & CEO of MagnifyB Business Consulting  • Robert Feraru- Contracts Manager at Michelin Fleet Team • Andrew Holden - Business Intelligence Manager at Health Innovation Manchester • Tom Chew - External Engagement Officer at Manchester Metropolitan Uni   We can’t wait to see what this talented group discovers over the next 12 weeks and the impact they can make on Good Growth across Greater Manchester!

This week marked the end of our Rise 29 Programme in Liverpool, but for these incredibly talented young people, it’s just the start of what comes next! 🧡

After 12 weeks of building their skills through live client work, industry insights and valuable opportunities to connect with professionals, they brought it all together and presented their findings to members of the CGI in the UK Senior Leadership Team! 🧑‍🏫

We couldn’t be prouder of the conviction, creativity and professionalism they showed, delivering insightful recommendations and tangible takeaways for a global IT and business consultancy company. Seeing their confidence and growth throughout the programme has been amazing, with many already having exciting job opportunities lined up!

A huge thank you to CGI in the UK for being such a fantastic long-standing partner of Agent Academy that continues to invest in and support the next generation of talent, and to Everton Football Club for welcoming us into your fantastic space 🙌
