Some of our Loan a Pony riders swapped the arena for the streets today! They took the ponies out for a great hack around the Di**le, making the absolute most of the nice weather. ☀️
We love being an inner-city riding school, and there’s nothing quite like getting outside the arena walls and hitting the local roads. It’s always brilliant to get the ponies out into the community, put some smiles on our neighbors' faces, and soak up some sunshine!
The riders did fantastic and the ponies took the city sights completely in their stride. 😎

🐴✨ PONIES ON TOUR! ✨🐴
Our gorgeous Moses and Millie had a brilliant time out and about in the community yesterday!
First, they trotted through the local streets to make a very special appearance at a local girl’s birthday party (we hope you had the best day! 🎉🎂). Then, it was over to the John Archer Hall for a fantastic community event, where it was lovely to meet local councillor Rahima Farah!
The fun doesn't stop there, though! See you all today at our craft fair from 1pm - 4pm! Come along, join in the fun, and say hello. 🎨🛍️
We love getting our herd out and about to meet you all. Huge thanks to everyone who came over to say hello yesterday and gave our pair a pat!

✨ Pony Power at Redford Court! ✨
Today, our wonderful therapy pony Deejay made a very special visit to Redford Court, a brain injury rehabilitation centre.
The interactions between the residents and Deejay were absolutely outstanding, but one moment truly stole our hearts. We met a lovely patient who used to own her own horses. Seeing Deejay completely opened up a gateway of memories, and she spent the visit sharing her wonderful horse stories with us.
It’s moments like these that remind us exactly why we do what we do at Park Palace Ponies. Animals have an incredible way of healing, comforting, and connecting when words aren’t enough.
Thank you so much to the incredible staff and residents at Redford Court for welcoming us and Deejay so warmly! 🐴❤️

We have some absolutely incredible news. A wonderful lady named Ali saw our post for Jessie and has incredibly generously donated £130 to fully fund a 1-month loan for a local, horse-loving child! 🥹❤️
Because of her kindness, we are able to offer this completely FREE for one month to a family who might otherwise struggle to afford it.
Who it’s for: Children aged 4 years plus with a maximum weight limit of 7 stone.
The Criteria: To make sure this benefits our immediate community, this is open to low-income families living in the L8 area.
When: Every Sunday for the next month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM ⏰.
What’s included: The full hands-on pony experience! The child will get to groom, muck out, feed, and enjoy a riding lesson each Sunday.
This is on a first-come, first-served basis for anyone who meets the criteria.

Looking for a fantastic, experienced pony? Jessie is available either for a 1-month short-term loan or on a long-term, monthly basis.
When: Every Sunday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM ⏰
Rider Requirements: Perfect for children aged 4 years plus (Maximum weight limit: 7 stone).
Who she is: She is a very experienced Pony Club pony—safe, knowledgeable, and ready to teach her next rider the ropes.
Cost: £130 a month.
What’s included: The full hands-on pony experience! Grooming, mucking out, feeding, plus a riding lesson included in the session.
This is the perfect Sunday morning setup for a young rider looking to gain confidence, learn stable management, and improve their riding.

We are absolutely over the moon to share that we have ALSO been awarded a £3,000 grant from Sage! 😭💚
While our National Lottery funding keeps the main stable gates open for the community year-round, this special grant from Sage allows us to do something completely unique.
🌟 INTRODUCING OUR SAGE SUMMER HOLIDAY INTENSIVE COURSES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN L8! 🌟
We know how long and expensive the school holidays can feel, and we want to give local children a focused, structured escape right here in the heart of Di**le.
The Di**le area experiences high levels of deprivation, and with rising living costs, standard riding lessons are simply out of reach for most local households. Thanks to Sage’s support, we are launching an intensive course of FREE riding lessons exclusively during the school holidays to directly support low-income families in the L8 area. This project is designed to remove every financial barrier and use the magic of ponies to help young people reduce anxiety, build massive confidence, and improve their mental wellbeing.
What this unique holiday project will deliver:
✨ 120 completely FREE riding lesson places for low-income L8 residents.
✨ Focused 45-minute sessions run in small, supportive groups of up to four.
✨ Hands-on learning that combines riding skills, pony care, and stable management.
✨ A safe, calm, and predictable environment to learn and make friends outside of school.
Every single penny of this £3,000 grant goes directly into funding these holiday places, our brilliant instructors, and essential pony care. 🐴
A massive thank you to Sage for investing in the mental health, resilience, and happiness of our young people facing hardship in L8.
