To all my local friends (Wirral, Chester, North Wales)

Along with other members of our Arbonne team, I am very excited to let you know that we are hosting a Wellness evening at the village hall in Ashton Hayes on 21st August at 7.30pm and I would love you to be there.

You will learn more about Arbonne, have a chance to try some products & there will be a talk on gut health. (The sort of products that kept me going last year through all that stuff!)

I would so value your support .. please let me know if you can come along so I can book you your place. Please let me know if you’d like to bring a friend .. it’s a big hall so everyone is welcome!!

Can you help and support me in supporting a great cause?
I'm never going to leap off a tall building attached to a thin piece of string or leap out of a perfectly good plane, and well done to those who do and can, but that doesn't mean I can't support really really good causes.

So I'm sleeping on the job - sleeping out is a remarkable experience. Lying on a pavement, open to the elements is a completely different experience to being on a campsite inside a tent. It's much scarier. The noises of the night are unknowable. The sirens disturb the quiet calm of the pre-dawn. Footsteps resound and feel as though the people are treading on your eyelashes. (They aren't - just in case you thought this was some form of weirdness!) However, the camaraderie is second to none.

I know times are tough but can you spare a little to support me and support a good cause?

My Faff-ometer story.

My "faff-ometer" was on high for the last couple of days. I've been faffing around instead of getting down to writing this quote. The client & I have agreed the work, I just needed to get them the quote. After all, they need what I'm offering, and they've agreed to get going asap, so why was I faffing? That's a much deeper question.

And, as I'm sure you experience too, once I actually got down to it, writing and sending the quote took wayyyyyy less time than I spent faffing about it.

So if you're faffing about, just do it - deep breath, cuppa by your side and get on with it. You'll feel liberated!
