Pro Vox - Professional Vocal Training Pro Vox was set up by Director Carrie Birmingham in 2013. Private Vocal Tuition is available at Box Studios on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre.

Song Writing A hearing impaired rock vocalist/song writer and researcher of vocal science presently in PhD study of 'Auditory Processing'. Carrie is also a Senior Pop Vocals Lecturer at Leeds Conservatoire, a BAPAM Approved Vocal Rehabilitation Coach at the NHS Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Hospitals Trust, ENT Voice Clinic, and an Assessor for Vocal Health Education training provider. Vocalists in regular training gain the opportunity to take part in LCM Exams (London College of Music) and several live showcases across the local area each year. There are 5 teaching levels featuring diverse specialisms from pop, rock, folk, country, jazz, soul, musical theatre, vocal health, post-rehab training, songwriting, music theory, children & young adults voice change, public speaking and acting through song. All training is tailor made to suit the needs of the singer. Specialist Workshops are available at various times of the year in a variety of subject matters from song writing to vocal health, audition preparation and music theory. This autumn has been our 12th year in business! 🎶🎤
We've been so super busy enrolling new vocalists, prepping for up-coming projects and gradually adapting our new Parr Street basement space that we forgot to post about it on 1st October 🤭

A huge thank you to our amazing team members, talented clients, house band and accompanists, family, friends and local supporters of Pro Vox, without you ALL we would not have made it to where we are today!

We hope to have many more years guiding you through vocal technique, artistry and health advisories for longevity as performers..!
