Many talented professionals feel invisible, even when they’re doing great work.
They take responsibility, support others, and make an impact, yet still wonder if they are truly ready to lead.
Often, they don’t need new skills.
They need:
• A clear path forward
• Recognition of their capability
• A qualification to make it official
Through TFL Education, I provide:
• One-to-one support
• Flexible learning
• CMI-accredited leadership qualifications
It’s about helping professionals’ step into the leader they already are.
If this feels familiar, it may be time to consider your next step.
Feel free to get in touch.

In 2011, while working as a Head of Sixth Form, I had a simple idea:
Why can’t schools offer a professional qualification that supports both pastoral care and real-world skills?
Taaleem Schools in Dubai gave that idea its first opportunity through a leadership workshop at Jumeirah Baccalaureate School.
That experience became the foundation for what is now the CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership, delivered to sixth form students around the world.
Today, students don’t just learn leadership, they apply it.
They leave with:
• Stronger CVs
• Interview experience
• A recognised qualification
• Greater confidence for life beyond school
It’s simple to implement and requires no curriculum change.
Sometimes one opportunity can shape everything that follows.

Amarjit Bassan joined our CMI Level 5 Award in Managing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion with a clear sense of purpose.
He left with more than a certificate; he gained new skills, confidence, and practical tools to drive positive change.
He highlighted:
• Engaging learning
• Support beyond the classroom
• A space where he felt valued
That’s where real leadership development happens.
This qualification is about more than policy, it equips leaders to:
• Promote fairness
• Encourage different perspectives
• Build inclusive workplaces
If you’re looking to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact, feel free to get in touch.

When Phil first contacted me, he felt overwhelmed and frustrated.
He had enrolled with a large provider expecting structure and support, but quickly felt lost.
• Different tutor each time
• Delayed feedback
• Automated systems instead of real help
He felt like a number.
When we began working 1:1, things changed.
Together we:
• Clarified his goals
• Broke the workload into manageable steps
• Tackled the challenging areas directly
No queues. No ticket systems.
Just consistent, personalised support.
Because real support isn’t about processes, it’s about partnership.
If you’re looking for a more personal learning experience, feel free to get in touch.

I once supported a professional who felt busy all the time, but unsure if her work really mattered.
She didn’t need more targets or longer hours.
She needed clarity.
Using the Golden Thread model, we connected:
• Organisational mission
• Strategic goals
• Team objectives
• Her day-to-day work
Once she could see how her role contributed to the bigger picture, everything changed.
She felt:
• More motivated
• Better aligned
• More confident in her impact
That’s what the Golden Thread does, it connects purpose to performance.
Sometimes the answer isn’t working harder… it’s working with clearer alignment.
If this resonates, feel free to get in touch.

Proud moments like this never get old.
I’m delighted to share that one of my learners, Oliver Braid CMgr MCMI, has been shortlisted for Student of the Year at the Chartered Management Institute Awards of Excellence 2025.
This recognition reflects something I’ve consistently seen in Oliver’s approach to leadership — applying learning with integrity, purpose, and real impact, particularly through times of uncertainty and change.
Oliver has completed multiple Level 7 CMI qualifications with me, alongside achieving Chartered Manager status, always demonstrating reflection, depth, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
Being shortlisted by CMI is a significant achievement and speaks volumes about the standard he sets for himself as a leader.
Huge congratulations, Oliver — thoroughly deserved 👏

I’ve never found a good reason for schools to skip leadership qualifications.
Schools are about more than academic results; they’re about confidence and preparation for life.
That’s why I developed the CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership, alongside CV360 and Interview360.
Students don’t just learn leadership, they apply it.
They leave with:
• Stronger CVs
• Greater interview confidence
• A recognised leadership qualification
• Better preparation for university and work
It’s easy to implement, requires no curriculum change, and supports pastoral care.
If you'd like to explore how this could work in your school, feel free to message me.

Rachel and Iarina found their voices in one weekend.
How many students are still waiting to find theirs?
At the COBIS Student Leadership Weekend, I delivered our Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership—and I saw something truly powerful.
🎙 Rachel shared that the sessions made her feel more confident and comfortable leading a team—not just at school, but in life. She especially loved the games and activities that made leadership real and fun.
🚀 Iarina told me the course inspired her to pursue leadership in her future. She loved the structure of the programme—and she wants more!
This is what happens when we give students space to grow.
But too many students never get that chance.
They wait. They hope.
And they miss out.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Here’s what schools gain by including our leadership workshop + qualification:
✅ Students build real confidence and practical leadership tools
✅ Sessions are interactive—not just theory
✅ Personalised CV and interview support
✅ CMI-accredited qualification with 8 UCAS points
✅ One-day workshop + one short assignment
✅ 1:1 support from me throughout
📍 Fully managed by TFL Education
📍 No teacher input needed
📍 Complements your pastoral or PSHE provision
Schools shape futures.
Let’s give every student the tools to lead, speak up, and succeed.

Most people set goals. The bold ones measure their real impact. 💥
Which one are you?
Reflection isn’t just about looking back—it’s about understanding your progress and using it to shape what comes next.
Here’s a simple 3-step framework I use for real growth:
1️⃣ Describe your achievement
→ What targets did you hit?
→ What did you improve or launch?
2️⃣ Explain your contribution
→ What you did specifically—own your actions!
→ Use “I” statements to show your leadership.
3️⃣ Measure the impact
→ Use numbers and human stories.
→ Think: revenue, efficiency, morale, confidence.
🚀 In 2024, I supported over 100 people to gain professional management and leadership qualifications.
In 2023, it was 61. That’s over 60% growth.
What changed?
👉 Consistent reflection.
I reviewed what worked—and what didn’t
I celebrated small wins
I set clear next steps
Reflection isn’t a luxury—it’s a habit.
It helps you:
✅ See your progress
✅ Build confidence
✅ Set better, bolder goals
Are you measuring your real impact—or just setting goals?
Because that is what shapes your future.
