New project I am currently working on...
Here are 5 top tips to help improve your climbing:
▪️First one is Climbing - it may sound silly but actually climbing and getting loads of moves done will help believe it or not.
▪️second one Consistancy - keeping a rountine going, keep up your training and not giving up so easy when you fail.
▪️Third one Mobility - keeping yourself flexible and mobile will help make some if not a lot of the moves feel eaiser and some climbs will be difficult to complete without the flexibility there.

Gyms have reopened again🙌
Nows the time to keep your self focused. Lets not let this lockdown stuff stop you.

Now winter is coming in, let not loose track of yourself. It is time to reassess your goals and start hitting them again.

Progression tends not to be linear, and in relentless pursuit of bigger weight on the bar we tend to forget that sometimes we need to make big adjustments. We lose sight of our training roots by sweating the small stuff and never give ourselves the opportunity to look at the blueprints as a whole, and build properly and safely.
Here are 5 ways to keeping the foundation:
▪️Making sure you don't get injuried
▪️Having a goal
▪️Being accountable
▪️Celebrating the sucess big or small

Consistancy is one of the keys to success.
Training session, getting back into the swing of things, finding my routine and starting to feel progress again in my workouts.
Plus side is my upper abs have started to close over so the gap isnt as big. But my lower abs there is still abit of a gap so there is still abit of work to do there.

Can't wait to get some sort of muscle tone back into my shoulders🙌🙌 Probably near the top of my list of things i has missed. With climbing and fitness be at the top.
Also missed the coaching side of things, looking forward to the times where it is back to normaility.

Time is one thing we all take for granted and it is the one thing we can't get back, saying oh i will do it tomorrow turns into the next day, then next week and before you know it few months have past and you have done nothing... Regardless on who you are we are guilty of it at some point.
Make the mkst if the time you have got, dont waste it, enjoy it and do the things you want to do.
One thing you need to do is focus on how you are going to change that.
Here are a few tips on how to get rid of them excuses.
▪️Organise your time, plan what you are doing for the days to come.
▪️ Consistancy - if you say your going to do it then do regardless on how you are feeling even if it only a small amount
▪️Sleep - many people underestimate sleep but it is on of the important things.
Yes plans can change, yes life can get in the way sometimes but if that happens then adpat it.
