MASSIVE thanks to our friend Chris for treating one of our groups of young people to a free meal at his restaurant
and have been providing free meals to underprivileged young people and families during half term and lockdown to help lessen the strain placed upon these families during the hard times we are currently finding ourselves in.......keep up the superb work guys, the kids and ourselves are extremely grateful 💯👌

This particular learner who struggles within a classroom environment has found his focus and works on his talent within a gym setting.....Those in authority who have made the decision to close and lockdown gyms need to understand the importance these places have in not only developing but also enriching people’s lives 💯

Another week of great things coming from the Learners on our alternative education program✅
It’s safe to say we’ve covered almost everything, From Duke of Edinburgh Exhibition work 🗺 to Olympic Weightlifting 🏋🏻♀️ with learners growing in confidence enough to deliver boxing and fitness sessions to their peers and cooking restaurant style food to a budget as part of their BTECs 👏👏

The group have been attending over the last month learning the foundations of functional movements used within the gym and how they can be translated into everyday situations and work, we also worked on building up the young peoples resilience by using fitness as the tool 👍

Our time at Holy Cross Primary School Birkenhead has come to an end, our main focus to help re-equip the young people with the tools to reintegrate back into education come September has been achieved ✅

Of our back to School summer project with Holy Cross Primary school and it went off to a bang💥
Considering many of these young people havnt been in a school setting since March they’ve settled back in straight away 👏👏
It’s all about creating an environment we’re they can be themselves and grow 💯
