This event is a showcase of young people's music with free refreshments and buffet.

Our consultation station is a space for you to dream big!

The brand new mural as part of Big Up Bootle will also be revealed.

What a week we had Salt and Tar Bootle! It’s been a real privilege to curate our own stage and pack it with incredible grassroots artists, on home turf at Lock & Quay! Huge thanks to everyone who played. We had an absolute ball at Salt & Tar this weekend. Huge thanks to Salt and Tar and the Lock & Quay for letting us co-host the grassroots stage with .liverpool.

But even bigger thanks to Lumen Productions and Total Control Sound for letting us bring along 12 young people who had the opportunity to gain real, hands-on, live-event work experience. They tried out roles like monitor engineer, stage manager, live sound engineer (grassroots stage), worked follow spots for the headline act each night, and shadowed FOH.

This work experience offers a vital opportunity for young people to gain industry knowledge, network, and make effective connections with professional crew, and we are proud be able to deliver high-quality work experience through the Gals Who Gig project and Scrapyard Studios CIC!!! 🙌

Get down early - it's gonna be busy. We've got three fabulous and varied artists on our Grassroots Stage from 4 pm, rounding up our 5-day lineup , with the nostalgic sounds of , brand-new electronic act , and massive alt-rock band .

We are Scrapyard Community Rock Choir based in St Marys Complex, Waverly Street, Bootle, Liverpool 📍
Rehearsing on Tuesdays 6:30pm-8pm with a biscuit and gab break in the middle. Open to all, no auditions just a love of music and connecting with others 🎶

Day 2 of as we welcome to Bootle!

We've got live music from 4 pm at three locations!

Our fantastic local buskers will be at the stations, bringing the Bootle Buzz, with a mixture of covers and originals. Today's buskers are , .caddickmusic, , and !

Over on the Scrapyard Stage, we've got the sublime at 4 pm, .band at 4.30 at their home venue, and the incredible Irish Band, at 5.

Come down early - miss the queues and get that party started. 🥳
