What you’ll do:

✔️ Support individuals to develop living skills: cooking, budgeting, maintaining their home
✔️ Encourage engagement in community activities, education, or employment
✔️ Help people build coping strategies and maintain wellbeing
✔️ Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across clinical settings
