Abbot's Lea School

Abbot's Lea School This is the official page for Abbot's Lea School - a specialist school for students with Autism and LDD.

Abbot's Lea School is a special school offering education and therapy to nearly 300 students age 3-19, who, due to their complex needs require highly specialist provision. The aim of our work is to help our students grow into confident and independent members of our society. As all of our students embark on their life's journey with a diagnosis of Autism and associated learning, social, communicat

ion and interaction difficulties, we see an integral our work on the development of their self-regulation, social interactions and awareness of others' perspectives. We always look for new partners: students, their families, staff, volunteers and supporters. If you would like to find out more about our work and get involved in our school community, please contact the school using details available on our website:

We love bringing our students’ interests to life! 🌳🔎

Marley enjoyed a forest walk with a special surprise—a Where’s Wally? hunt! He was thrilled when Mr Garcia transformed into Wally, making the adventure even more exciting. Seeing Marley’s smile made it all worthwhile! ❤️
