Back at Rectory Primary for a wonderful day of Capoeira, music, gamesπ
As it was our second visit, we were able to expand on sequences we'd previously learned, explore Capoeira's rich history further, and have even more FUN!
Some students told us that our capoeira songs had already been stuck in their heads, and we need to make them less catchy... π

Thanks so much to for inviting us back again, the wonderful, welcoming staff, and the fantastic students who are so energetic and inquisitive!
Hope to see you all again soon!

On Wednesday we returned to DanceSyndrome for our second session! β¨
Building up on sequences we've previously explored, focusing on self-expression and how we can incorporate Capoeira into our personal movement practice.
DanceSyndrome is an amazing, muliti-award winning charity that brings joy and creates space for people with disabilities.
They work across the North West offering inclusive dance workshops- they know that disability should never be a barrier to following your dreams, and we couldn't agree more.
Please check out the wonderful work that this organisation does. Their impact is phenomenal, and spaces like these are so important ππ½
Thank you for having us! ππ½πΊπ½
