Another great session at the FREE Menopause Cafe session this evening at Olives Cafe.

Tonight’s menopause cafe topic was pain in menopause and it was great to hear women’s stories about painful teeth, hips, shins, thighs, va**na & neck which can all be symptoms of menopause due to increase of inflammation as a result of the decline of oestrogen.

I love listening to these women speak about their issues, what support they received & what remedies works for them which may help another woman.

Great to see Queen B getting recognised in an interview with the BBC for her amazing Peri Meno Queens group on Facebook.

Every other Thursday come and join me Juanita Steel where I host The Menopause Cafe.

It’s a space where we come together, chat, learn, laugh & cry over a cuppa and a slice of cake or sandwich.

If you or someone you know is suffering then don’t suffer in silence. Let likeminded women support and advise you on symptoms, HRT, supplements, workplace issues, relationships and all things associated with the menopause.

Also, you could be woman who has that nugget of advice for one of the women in attendance so let your voice be the inspiration to your fellow meno sister 💕

Hey ladies, I’m going to do a 8 week Saturday morning bootcamp in my garden starting tomorrow 9th July to the 27th August 9am.

The goal is to lose weight/bloat, tone up and improve energy and have fun obvs.

The first & last sessions will be 9-10.30 as I’ll be weighing, measuring & photoing you to get a starting point.
You’ll be put in a accountability whats app group (you can mute it) for healthy ideas with food etc.
If you are away for any of the sessions you must do one of my online workouts and post evidence of it 😀

The cost will be £50 each for the 8 weeks. Only 2 spaces left so be quick girls 💕

This Thursday 30th and every other from then. Come and join likeminded women who are all strangers with the same or similar conversation & questions around the Menopause whether it be pre, peri or post.

There’s a seat with a free cuppa and butty with your name on waiting for you 💕

Hey ladies, so many of you will know that I’m opening a Community Meno Cafe group this Thursday. I wasn’t going to do a launch night but I’ve been bullied/persuaded/told to do one so this Thursday 9th June 7-9 will be the launch.
I am limited on numbers so if you would like to come and will defo come then please let me know asap as I have to cap it.

I’ll be introducing myself, what the cafe is about, other therapists that will be involved and of course there will be a glass of Prosecco 🥂🍾
