Thank you International Slavery Museum and National Museums Liverpool for your article on the process of redesigning the Anthony Walker Learning Centre, including a behind-the-scenes look at some of the ideas and designs created by our TRSA Ambassadors from, The Belvedere Academy , St Hildas CE High School , Childwall_Academy, and Liverpool College.
We are so pleased that our current student Ambassadors have been engaged in this project, creating a learning space for generations to come, and one that is dedicated to Anthony.

When the International Slavery Museum reopens in 2029, visitors will find more than a transformed gallery. At its heart will be a new learning space carrying the name of Anthony Walker; a place designed not simply to remember a life cut short, but to inspire generations of young people to challenge racism, discrimination and hate.
Together with Anthony Walker Foundation and Lead Architect from Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Kossy Nnachetta, we led a series of workshops placing young people at the centre of designing the museum’s future Anthony Walker Learning Centre.
