At Innovation Training & Recruitment, we believe the relationship between a setting and a practitioner should be about more than simply filling a vacancy.
We work with schools, nurseries and children’s services to connect them with skilled, reliable practitioners who are the right fit for their setting — often through 12-week placements that give both sides the opportunity to build trust before making longer-term decisions.
Because we hear the same frustrations from both sides:
🏫 Settings are tired of employing people who sound perfect at interview, only to discover that their skills, attitude or reliability don’t match what was promised.
👩🏫 Practitioners are tired of being promised the world, only to find themselves in workplaces where they feel unsupported, undervalued or unable to develop.
