We are proud to announce Surgical Scousers International Undergraduate and Foundational Surgical Conference 2022!
Our conference is aimed at undergraduate students and junior doctors and this year, our theme is 'Evolution in Surgery' with a special interest in innovation and advancement in surgery over the years through talks and interactive workshops.
Our conference will be held online on 9th of April between 9am and 5pm.
Tickets for the conference this year are FREE so please register to hear some world-renowed international speakers and engage in our workshops.

Hey everyone!

We have a very exciting talk tomorrow (7/4/22) at 6:30pm titled: “Research in Surgery: What’s it all about?”

We’re looking forward to hearing from Mr Matthew Fok, a trainee General and Colore**al Surgeon in the North West. Mr Fok is currently studying for a PhD investigating radiotherapy and re**al cancer.

He is also chair of the NCRI’s Early Career Researcher Forum 🔬.

This is set to be a great talk and will be useful for students in ALL years of medical school 🤩.

Introducing… Ms Natasha Berridge!

Ms Berridge is a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, dually qualified in both Medicine and Dentistry. Ms Berridge also holds a Masters’ Degree in Aesthetic Medicine and Skin Ageing.

Miss Berridge is also Specialist Advisor on the Editorial Board for the PMFA (Plastic Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery & Facial Aesthetics) Journal, and is a clinical lecturer on the University of Manchester’s Aesthetic Medicine Masters’ programme.

We are very excited to hear from Ms Berridge at our WinS conference on 26th March!
