🇫🇷 🇪🇸 French and Spanish courses start in the week beginning 22nd June

All courses run for 8 weeks and cost £120, including all materials and everything you need to start speaking your chosen language. No hidden costs, just engaging lessons, supportive tutors, and a friendly learning community.

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build on existing knowledge, we have a class to suit your level.

🇮🇹 Buona Festa della Repubblica! 🇮🇹

Today, 2nd June, Italy celebrates Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day), one of the country's most important national holidays.

The day commemorates the historic referendum of 1946, when Italians voted to abolish the monarchy and establish a republic after the Second World War.

Every year, celebrations take place across Italy, with the biggest events held in Rome, including:
🎖️ Military parades
🇮🇹 The Italian Air Force's spectacular flypast
🎉 Festivals and concerts
🏛️ Special openings of historic buildings and institutions

It's a day of national pride and an opportunity to celebrate Italy's rich history, culture, and traditions.

👉 Beginners
Perfect if you’re completely new to the language or only know a few phrases/Duolingo basics.
You’ll learn all the real-life essentials for travel, conversation and confidence- plus the grammar foundations you need to progress.

👉 Improvers
For learners who’ve completed a beginners course and can handle present-tense conversation (ordering food, shopping, basic chats).
We build your confidence with past & future tenses and help you express yourself more naturally.

👉 Intermediate
For those comfortable using a mix of tenses who want to broaden vocabulary, deepen understanding and speak more fluently. Perfect if you've studied before and want to get back into it.

👉 Advanced
For confident speakers ready to explore deeper topics, cultural themes, films, plays and real-world communication.
If you want to really stretch and refine your language skills, this is your group.

Did you know that Las Cruces de Mayo (May Crosses) is celebrated across many parts of Spain each May? 🌸
Cities and towns decorate large crosses with colourful flowers, creating beautiful displays in streets, squares, and patios ✨

🎶 Music and dancing in the streets
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Communities coming together to celebrate

In places like Granada and Córdoba, there are even competitions for the best-decorated cross, so the decorations get really creative! 👀
