In the heart of the garden rests a rock, painted with love by Olly’s mum.
It carries the light of his spirit, the weight of his story and the hope of a kinder world.
For Olly. For every soul who shines a little differently. 💙

Summer holidays with a neurodivergent child isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about creating days that work with their amazing brain

Parents, you’re doing an incredible job. Some days will flow, others may not... and that’s ok. Connection matters more than perfection!

🌞 Meet them where they are
📅 Keep things predictable enough
🛠 Give them neuroaffirming tools that help them thrive

These strategies:
Support self-regulation
Build in movement and sensory breaks
Celebrate effort, not just outcomes
Create space for their passions

ND parents, what’s one thing your child loves doing in summer?

A new research study suggests, children with both ADHD and Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) often face greater challenges and a lower quality of life compared to those with just one of these conditions. This highlights the urgent need for tailored support to help them thrive.

Here’s an opportunity to share your voice.

StepChange Debt Charity and Qa Research are running a short, anonymous survey to understand the experiences of neurodivergent people with debt. The aim is to help shape services that work better for everyone.

What a weekend that was, the inaugural Rugby Rocks festival could not have gone better... the heat wave broke for a moment and the wind and showers stayed sensible. The bands played great and the atmosphere was amazing. Thankyou to Tracy and all at Farnborough Rugby Union Football Club Club for organising such a great event to raise money and awareness for ADHD Foundation and Discomfort Zone, two very worthwhile charities with special meaning to us.

A huge shout out must go to Rock of 80's for playing a blinder and also providing gear and super sound all day, these guys worked their asses off - and kept their cool dealing with all us divas, making it such a pleasure for all the bands.

The other musical acts were Project 7, Adelaide Road, Joe Riley, Jamie Barton Music and Emerson - UK... (a superb melodic indie band who coincidentally were on the bill... and amazing... when we debuted as Interrupted Melody in Fleet about a year ago. We feel chuffed and blessed to be asked to play such an event as Rugby Rocks after only a year of gigs).

We`d also like to thank all the vendors, suppliers, security and other people who made this festival a reality, and all the people who came along to party and support the charities and event. We can`t wait for next year!

Attached are some phone video clips from our set.

Next up for us we`re off to O'Neill's Southampton on Friday 18th of July, with the Legendary David Raphael joining us on Keys and little harmonica. We`ll be announcing more 2025 gigs shortly, and we`re taking bookings for the rest of 2025 and 2026... please get in touch if you have a venue or party coming up that we might suit! 28/07/2025
