🇰🇷 🔥 Today in cookery school our amazing chefs created a mouth-watering Korean rice bowl packed with colour, flavour and skill! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳✨

Loaded with fresh crunchy vegetables 🥒🥕, perfectly fluffy rice 🍚, sweet and spicy chilli-infused oranges 🍊🌶️ and rich caramelised onions 🧅🔥 this bowl was bursting with deliciousness in every bite! 😍👏

The kitchen was full of teamwork, confidence and creativity today as everyone stirred, seasoned and plated up like pros! 💪🍽️💙💚

After a wonderful 5 years our amazing staff member frank has decided to retire. Gonna missed by everyone. Have a relaxing retirement and enjoy ur new dog 🐶 🐕. Frank Fayer xx

🔥🍔 Today in the kitchen , our chefs created the ultimate comfort food feast completely from scratch and the kitchen smelled AMAZING all day long! 👨‍🍳✨

On the menu today was juicy bacon cheeseburgers 🍔 stacked high with crispy bacon 🥓, melted cheese 🧀 and packed with flavour, all served inside beautifully soft homemade burger buns baked fresh by the students themselves 🍞🔥. Alongside the burgers were golden homemade chips 🍟 cooked to crispy perfection, creamy crunchy coleslaw 🥗, and a rich, tangy homemade burger sauce that brought everything together perfectly 😍👌

To finish the meal, students prepared a fresh and vibrant fruit salad 🍍🍓🍇 bursting with juicy fruit, bright colours and refreshing flavours the perfect sweet ending after such a hearty meal ☀️🍊✨

From mixing dough and shaping buns to grilling burgers and preparing fresh sides, everyone worked so hard today and showed fantastic teamwork, creativity, and growing confidence in the kitchen ❤️👏 We are so proud of what they achieved today, restaurant-quality food made with passion, smiles, and lots of fun! 🔥👨‍🍳🍴

Our Cookery School’s 80s Party was an absolute smash hit! 🕺💃 From neon outfits 🌈 and crazy hairstyles 🎀 to non-stop dancing and laughter, everyone brought the ultimate retro vibes! 😍

The room was rocking with iconic 80s tunes 🎤🎵 as students sang their hearts out during karaoke 🎙️✨ from power ballads to pop classics, the energy was AMAZING! 🔥💿

And let’s talk about the food… 🍕🍭🍰 Our incredible 80s-themed buffet was packed with delicious retro treats, colourful party snacks, sweet goodies, and tasty bites that kept everyone fuelled for the dance floor! 😋🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and made the party so special 💙💚It was full of fun, friendship, music, dancing, and memories we’ll never forget! 🌟📼🪩

🍢🌿 Today in the kitchen, our talented chefs created these stunning Mediterranean skewers packed with smoky flavours, colourful peppers, 🫑 and perfectly charred onions 🧅🤩🔥

Served alongside soft homemade flatbreads 🫓, a crisp fresh salad 🥗, and a creamy homemade dipping sauce. this dish was all about fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and beautiful presentation 👨‍🍳✨

A fantastic session full of creativity, teamwork, and seriously delicious food! 😍🍴

👨‍🍳🍍 Today in the kitchen our amazing chefs took their tastebuds on a trip to Hawaii! 🌺🔥

On the menu today was delicious Huli Huli Chicken 🍗 a sweet and smoky Hawaiian grilled chicken packed with flavour served with fluffy white rice 🍚 and tasty green beans green 🥬 ✨

And because every great meal deserves something sweet… today for dessert was homemade Ice Buns 🍩💖 covered in colourful icing and sprinkles 🌈⭐

From mixing marinades 🥣 to plating up like pros 🍽️, the kitchen was full of teamwork, creativity, and BIG chef energy today! 💪👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

🌶️ Homemade Chilli Con Carne packed with flavour served nicely with 🥖 fresh homemade garlic bread baked to perfection and to finish, a lovely side of🥒 Chilli infused cucumbers with juicy fresh tomatoes 🍅
🍩 And for dessert… delicious homemade sugar donuts coated in sweet goodness! 😍🍬

From chopping and prepping to cooking and plating, our students smashed it today 💪👏 We’re so proud of the confidence, teamwork, and creativity shown in the kitchen! 💙💚
