What a spread from the chefs today! 🤩🍽️ They’ve been busy in the kitchen creating a delicious Chilli & Lemon Infused Chicken Traybake 🌶️🍋🍗 packed with fresh flavours and plenty of colour! 🌈✨

Served alongside a tasty Baby Potato & Green Bean Salad 🥔🫛, a crisp and refreshing Fresh Salad 🥒🍅🥬 and, of course, some brilliant Homemade Pitta Breads 🫓🙌 made from scratch!

And they didn’t stop there… 😍🍪 For dessert, the chefs baked some seriously indulgent Homemade Triple Chocolate Cookies 🍫🍫🍫🍪 crispy around the edges, soft in the middle and absolutely loaded with chocolate! 🤤🔥

Another fantastic day of cooking, baking, learning new skills and working together as a team! 👏👨‍🍳💚💙

🍝🇮🇹 A taste of Italy at Stedychefs today! 🇮🇹🍅

Today our chefs got stuck into making a delicious Spaghetti Puttanesca, packed with fresh vegetables, juicy tomatoes, olives, herbs and plenty of bold Mediterranean flavour! 🍅🫒🌿🔥

There was plenty to get involved with throughout the morning, from chopping and slicing 🔪🫑 to preparing the sauce, cooking the pasta and bringing everything together as a team! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳💪

Served alongside some freshly made homemade garlic bread 🥖🧄, it was the perfect finishing touch to another brilliant day in the kitchen! 😋👏💚💙

Today the chefs got stuck into making a delicious Thai Green Chicken Curry packed full of tender chicken, colourful fresh vegetables and loads of fragrant Thai flavours! 🌶️🥕🫑🍗🥥

Served alongside fluffy basmati rice 🍚 and, of course, we couldn’t just buy the naan breads… the chefs made their own homemade naans from scratch! 👨‍🍳🫓🙌 Kneading, rolling and cooking them until beautifully soft and golden! 🔥🤩

Loads of brilliant skills on show today, chopping, prepping, cooking, seasoning and bread making 🔪🥣🧄👏 And what a cracking-looking plate to finish! 😍🍽️💚💙

Today our brilliant chefs got stuck into making homemade beef quesadillas from scratch! 🌯🔥👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

From mixing, kneading and rolling their own tortilla wraps 🙌🫓 to practising those all-important knife skills 🔪🧅, everyone played a part in bringing today’s dish together! 💚💙

The quesadillas were packed with seasoned beef, onions, peppers and plenty of melted cheese 🥩🧀🌶️ before being folded and cooked until beautifully golden! 🤤🔥

And we didn’t stop there! They were served alongside a fresh homemade pico de gallo 🍅🧅🌿 and a colourful mixed bean salad 🫘🌽 for the perfect finishing touch! 😍👌

Another fantastic day of teamwork, learning new skills and creating some seriously tasty food! 💪🧑‍🍳💚💙

🍔🔥 Our brilliant chefs smashed it today with a Churrasco Burger feast! 🔥🍔

Juicy, beautifully seasoned churrasco-style chicken was loaded into a homemade burger bun 🤤🍗 and served alongside crispy homemade potato wedges 🥔✨, a fresh and vibrant side salad 🥗🥒🍅, tangy homemade pickled onions 🧅💗 and a creamy peri-peri mayo dipping sauce 🌶️🥣.

From marinating and chopping 🔪 to making the buns, pickling, cooking and serving up 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳, there were loads of brilliant skills being put into practice today; and what a cracking plate of food to finish with! 💚💙👏😋

So guys unfortunately we have some sad news which came about late last week 😞

A first for us 😢

Unfortunately one of our amazing students Mark passed away last week , a massive loss to everyone who met him and knew him, he had been one of our longest students 😇

We are only sharing this as all our students now know , his family and carers said they would like us to share as I'm sure many of our students and also students who knew our amazing Mark would also need to know , his funeral details will be posted as soon as we know 🫶🏻

Mark was such a fantastic man who absolutely loved his time with us and always one of the first to say hello and get stuck in , he'll he missed by us all and the place won't be the same without him 😢 🫶🏻

We are working closely with all our students throughout this sad time as are all our amazing parents.

May Mark rest in peace 😇 💙💚

Today our brilliant chefs at Stedychefs Learning Centre got stuck into making these delicious Sticky Asian-Style Pulled Pork Noodles! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳💚💙

Tender shredded pork coated in a rich, sticky Asian-inspired sauce 🍖🔥 piled high over tasty noodles 🍜 with roasted spring onions and finished with a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds! ✨

The chefs did a fantastic job putting everything together, practising their cooking skills, teamwork and presentation and just look at that finished plate! 🤩👏

It wasn’t all about cooking today either! 🔨🎨 A group of our students got stuck into some woodwork and art, getting creative and helping prepare for our upcoming Stedychefs Festival! 🎉🎨🪚 Lots of teamwork, creativity and brilliant ideas coming together ready for the big day! 💚💙

Meanwhile, another group headed outdoors for a lovely nature walk 🌳☀️🚶‍♂️ enjoying some fresh air, sunshine and time together in the great outdoors! 🍃🌿

Another busy, fun-filled day at Stedychefs Learning Centre! 💚💙🙌
