Our Stedychefs were cooking up a storm today, taking our taste buds all the way to Vietnam! 🌏👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

🍜 Today’s Main – Vietnamese Chicken Pho! 🇻🇳

A delicious, aromatic Vietnamese noodle soup packed with tender chicken, delicate rice noodles, a flavourful broth and fresh herbs, finished with a colourful kick of chilli! 🌶️🌿🥢

🎃 Dessert – Halloween Baking Bonanza! 👻

Our talented bakers got into the spooky spirit, whipping up some frightfully delicious treats!

🍥 Halloween-Inspired Cinnamon Rolls – Sweet, fluffy and packed with warming cinnamon goodness!

🥧 Pumpkin Pie – A classic autumn treat bursting with cosy seasonal flavours!

Our Stedychefs have been cooking up an absolute treat in the kitchen today! 🤩💚

🍛 Hearty Dahl Curry – Packed with warming spices, delicious flavours and plenty of goodness!

🌽 Golden Corn Fritters – Crispy on the outside, soft and tasty on the inside!

🫓 Homemade Garlic Flatbreads – Freshly made, beautifully golden and perfect for dipping into that delicious curry! 🧄✨

From mixing and seasoning to frying and perfecting those homemade flatbreads, our talented students have been putting their cooking skills to the test! 💪👩‍🍳

What a fantastic day in the Stedychefs kitchen! 🔥👩‍🍳

🍚 Today’s Main: A deliciously creamy Butternut Squash & Leek Risotto, packed with colourful vegetables and bursting with flavour, served alongside freshly made Homemade Flatbreads! 🫓🧡

Our talented chefs were busy chopping, stirring, seasoning and getting hands-on with making their very own flatbreads! 💪👏

🥧 Dessert Time: Things got a little SPOOKY! 👻🎃 Our baking superstars whipped up some delicious Forest Fruits Tarts, complete with brilliant Halloween-inspired faces and a gorgeous fruity filling! 🍓🫐

From perfecting risotto to getting creative with pastry, today was all about teamwork, creativity and building those brilliant cooking skills! 💚💙

Today our chefs cooked up a delicious Chicken Pancit Bihon 🍜🔥 packed with tender chicken 🍗, rice noodles, colourful veggies 🥕🥬 and loads of flavour! 😍👌 Served alongside homemade Filipino-style flatbreads 🫓💛 for the perfect finishing touch.
