Last poomsae squad training of 2019🥋 After taking my longgg overdue 3rd dan in February this year, I didn’t expect anything to come from it. Some of the examiners encouraged me to get back involved in Poomsae so I attended a regional poomsae session and got selected to be part of the squad. 6 days to go and I’m competing in the National Championships😬
