…and with our latest Paediatric Emergency First Aid course complete, we’re officially done for 2025 — what an amazing end to a truly fabulous year.
This has been our busiest year yet on our training journey, delivering almost 25% more hours than the previous year.
We’ve built new business connections, added new skills, offered a wider variation of training courses, and — most importantly — made a huge number of new friends along the way.
Even during our busiest periods, we’ve juggled workloads to ensure we always deliver the very best training to those who trust us to do so, we’ve continued running our judo club with almost 50 children on the register, carrying out belt gradings and competitions to fight in (our club Christmas competition was so good!), starting the soft play area in the dojo, and working with the teams at Everton and Liverpool on match days to ensure safeguarding and fan safety.
Through it all — every day, week, and month — the single most important thing has remained family time and making memories together. Because that’s why we do what we do.
To ensure our children have better lives than we did.
I must say, aside from the people we’ve sadly lost, I wouldn’t change a single thing. I feel truly honoured to do this job, and knowing that we’re helping to make a positive difference in so many children’s lives up and down the country helps me sleep a little easier at night.
I can’t wait to see how 2026 pans out. I’ll be working with my nephew and his clothing printing company to offer even more services to the public — and I have a feeling it’s going to be even better than this year.
If you want to join us on this journey, reach out and say hello. We can grab a coffee — I’ll even pay! 😂
