WHY CANT WE BE ALONE... a lot of us fill our weeks up to the brim, stay in unhealthy relationships, friendships, and jobs just so we can feel like we are living a life of purpose. So We can be accepted by others, less judged or worse, LIE to ourselves so we don't push for change because, let's be honest, that's EFFORT! But really, we are living our lives unfilled, unhappy, lonely, struggling with our thoughts and loving ourselves with conditions of worth!
Yes, it's hard being with your own company because we have to listen to our TRUTH and come out our own comfort zones.
BUT heres the thing only you know! And if you don't know what you like, what you want, or how you should treat yourself, then others will not know either.
Most of us in society live within an EGO self (masked version) of who we really are inside, but you are there!
It just takes some digging and exploring, and the best way to do this is being ALONE! even in a happy relationship, we all need time out to work on sleeves and become independent. You will thank yourself in the long run as you will be able to detach from everything and everyone when need be.
