It was really good to be back at KPAC today.
After being out and about across the Liverpool City Region as part of the Login LCR project, it’s always lovely to return to my own place of work.

KPAC is all about helping people feel more confident getting online whether that’s emails, forms, appointments, learning, job searching, or simply staying connected with family and friends. It’s the small steps that build confidence, and it’s brilliant seeing people grow week by week.

Proud of the support happening here, and grateful for everyone who drops in and gets involved.

Last night at KPAC we had a chippy night and ended up having some brilliant chats about all sorts.

One topic that got everyone thinking was calories in the food we were eating and which takeaway/meal is actually the highest in calories.

So here’s the question for you…

What do you think is the most calories in one meal?

A) Large fish & chips (with curry sauce) B) Big kebab + chips

This week’s bingo session was full of energy, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition.

Cards were at the ready as everyone listened closely for the numbers to be called, with lots of smiles, banter, and excitement as players got closer to a win.

When someone finally shouted “Bingo!”, the room erupted in cheers and celebrations — and the prizes were brilliant, making the win even sweeter!

A fantastic community session that brought people together, sparked conversation, and left everyone in great spirits.

🇪🇸 Well done, Charlotte! 🇪🇸
A big well done to Charlotte for the fantastic presentation she gave about Spain! She clearly put in a lot of time and effort researching and preparing all the information she shared with the group.

And of course, we can’t forget the amazing food she brought in for us to taste — especially those chillies that left a few of us with red faces on the way home! 🌶😄

Truly inspired by the group at KPAC this evening.

We explored communication skills, building on conference techniques, and I was able to share some simple but effective tools.

I hope everyone left with something valuable to carry forward and build on.

Tonight at KPAC we did Art Therapy.

Art therapy isn’t just about painting pretty pictures, and it’s not an art class— it’s about expressing what words sometimes can’t. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, or simply need a space to breathe, art offers a gentle way to explore your emotions and reconnect with yourself.

People who took part said they went home feeling relaxed and chilled out. Some are going to carry on doing art therapy at home and we are all looking forward to the next art therapy session in a few weeks.

We all had a lovely time at KPAC Chippy Night!
We enjoyed some great food and an even better atmosphere. It was so nice to relax, chat, and socialise — we ended up talking about all sorts of things, a lovely, chilled-out evening. 🐟🍟💬

We had a lively and fun game of bingo this week, filled with laughter and friendly competition.

Everyone gathered around with their cards and markers, eagerly listening for the numbers to be called.

There was lots of excitement as players shouted out when they were close to winning, and cheers erupted when someone finally called out Bingo and won their prize.

It was a great way to bring everyone together, spark conversation, and create a warm, engaging atmosphere that left everyone smiling.
