It's been a while since we have posted and for that we do apologise.. we haven't gone anywhere, or stopped, still business as usual but I Kru Vee become a dad again! 🤣🫣

I was 9 months out of the gym to be exact but we are all back together, and it's the best feeling!

I wanna give a big shout out to my main mandem and top G Kru Mike (the bossman) and the 2 soon to be Kru's Danny and Mike for holding it down and doing a belter job keeping the gym going and letting me enjoy some family time with the new born and the misses, I really appreciate you all my brothers and I love you lads to bits!

9 months out is a long time, with work being self employed and a new born and every thing that comes with having a new born, life was major hectic and changed in a beautiful but busy way however that family time is important and I'm grateful for you boys giving me that so thank you my brother's!

First time back on Tuesday and it was one of the best feelings, I have missed you all so much, my Cobra Thai family! 😎🙏❤️🔥🥊

Anyway now your up to speed thinking we have properly jacked the club in we haven't!

We have a show in April which we are preparing some of our students for!
